RegionsJob, a leading French recruitment, employment and career services company, needed a better way to make sure its 80 salespeople retained internal training and could confidently answer client questions after sessions led by product experts. The company turned to interviewapp and its one-way video interviewing product to help support sales training and improve sales pitches for customer calls.

With interviewapp, RegionsJob sends weekly questions to its sales team, then randomly selects 10 people to record short video answers that are reviewed by product experts and managers, with feedback shared back through the internal social network. The result is a more engaging and sustainable training process that involves sales teams across France, takes only about 5 minutes per participant, and helps reduce the distance between headquarters and regional branches.
