EM Normandie - Customer Case Study

EM Normandie, a French business school founded in 1871 with five campuses, wanted to better prepare students from first year to Master 2 for job interviews and professional integration. The school needed a way to strengthen students’ soft skills and adapt its career support to digital learning and modern recruitment practices, so it turned to interviewapp and its interview simulator.

Interviewapp was integrated into EM Normandie’s SchoolBox so students could practice interview answers anytime, as often as needed, and save video responses for review. The tool supports in-person workshops and coaching sessions by helping students improve posture, pitches, communication, and answers, while coaches save time and work more efficiently; the case study reports that students appreciate the flexibility and that the program helps them face remote video interviews and be better prepared for future recruitment.
