The customer, Adecco France, a leading French staffing agency network, faced the challenge of better preparing its candidates for job interviews. They sought a solution to develop candidates' soft skills, familiarize them with video recruitment techniques, and help them answer interview questions more spontaneously and effectively. To address this, they turned to the vendor interviewapp and implemented its InterviewApp Simulator product.

interviewapp provided a video interview simulator that was integrated directly into the Adecco.fr website. The solution featured a database of 150 questions to create unique practice interviews for candidates. The implementation was highly successful, with over a thousand simultaneous users in the first hour, demonstrating the robustness of the platform. The tool allowed candidates to practice repeatedly, improve their responses, and become more aware of their body language, ultimately helping Adecco present better-prepared candidates to its corporate clients.
