With 50-60% of employees not being native English speakers, the company also needed a more effective way to ensure understanding and consistency.

Intertek Alchemy helped Lifestyle Bakery implement a centralized employee development program using its training library, Alchemy Creator plugin, multilingual delivery, and digital recordkeeping. The result was more consistent training, faster production, improved quality, and about an hour or two saved per day for management. Intertek Alchemy also helped Lifestyle Bakery become audit-ready and contributed to the company winning a South Australia Food Award for Education & Training.
