Green Valley Pecan Company, a family-owned grower and processor of pecans with year-round facilities and a multi-generational, multilingual workforce, wanted to strengthen safety and quality training while preventing the natural loss of knowledge between sessions. The company worked with Intertek Alchemy and its flexible learning platform to reinforce food safety and workplace safety concepts without adding more training time.

Intertek Alchemy implemented its Communications Program, using huddle guides, posters, digital signage, and coach tools to provide regular, multi-touch reinforcement of training. The results were strong: knowledge retention increased 17% across all frontline workers and 36% among those who needed it most, while managers also reported greater confidence, engagement, and ownership on the floor.
