Bonduelle Group, a global food company with 54 facilities and more than 10,000 workers, needed to improve new-hire orientation, workplace safety training, and food safety compliance across seasonal and permanent employees. To support its goal of achieving BRC certification and strengthen safety culture, Bonduelle turned to Intertek Alchemy’s frontline training platform.

Intertek Alchemy implemented group-based training with interactive remotes, gamification, quizzes, and automated recordkeeping, along with Alchemy Coach for on-the-floor observations and coaching. The results included six years without a lost time incident, a 50% reduction in incidents requiring medical aid, improved employee confidence and performance, and audit preparation time reduced from five days to less than 20 minutes.
