Duxton Hotels International, a Singapore‑owned group operating deluxe properties in Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, selected Clarity NZ’s Phoenix Hotel Manager to address the hotel industry’s mission‑critical need for reliable, integrated and easy‑to‑customize management software. The hotel required high uptime, simple development of custom features, user‑friendly interfaces for front‑desk staff, accurate forecasting and low hardware and support overheads across its 153‑room Duxton Hotel in Auckland.

Built on InterSystems Caché, Phoenix Hotel Manager delivered a GUI front end, rapid development for custom features, integrated online reservations and powerful archiving for occupancy, rate and revenue forecasting.
