Pure Health, the largest laboratory operator in the Gulf region, partnered with InterSystems to support the United Arab Emirates' COVID-19 testing initiatives. Their challenge was to rapidly scale up testing capacity and streamline workflows to manage a high volume of tests. InterSystems implemented its TrakCare Lab Enterprise system to address this need.

The InterSystems solution was deployed in a record two weeks, enabling Pure Health to accelerate testing by streamlining workflows and making data easily accessible. This resulted in Pure Health performing 259,000 tests and achieving a capacity for 25,000 tests daily, which helped position the UAE as having one of the highest testing densities in the world.
