Northgate Public Services’ Public Safety Division, which supplies software to UK police forces, faced mounting pressure to join up siloed IT systems to improve intelligence, decision-making and operational efficiency while protecting existing investments and modernizing legacy "green screen" interfaces and reducing training overhead.
