Citrus-Lime, an eCommerce service provider for the cycling and outdoor pursuits sectors, was struggling with slow response times from its existing delivery management software provider as its customer base grew. It needed a scalable, futureproof solution to maintain high service levels, and turned to Intersoft’s Intelligent Shipper® after a recommendation from Royal Mail.

Intersoft implemented Intelligent Shipper®, a fully approved Royal Mail API solution for label production and delivery management, with features such as API booking, automatic label updates, and 2D barcode scanning. The platform cut onboarding time for new Royal Mail customers and helped Citrus-Lime grow from three to 40 customers on the platform, increasing shipments from 350 per month to 56,000; during 2020, Citrus-Lime also achieved 29% customer growth.
