LU-Alert, the national public warning system for Luxembourg, faced the challenge of moving beyond a limited single-channel mobile app to create a comprehensive and modern alerting solution that could reliably reach its entire population. The system provides resilient, coordinated communication paths and offers personalized notifications while being designed with privacy by default. The result was a high-performance and interconnected national warning system, which was successfully tested across all channels at launch to ensure functionality and public familiarity.
