The Professional Photographers of America (PPA) faced the challenge of expanding multilingual access for Spanish-speaking attendees at their large-scale annual conference, Imaging USA. Interprefy implemented its AI-powered live speech translation and captions, which attendees accessed via a mobile app. The solution was successfully deployed across the entire conference program. The vendor's onboarding, training, and real-time support via WhatsApp were crucial for seamless execution. As a result, Spanish-speaking attendees reported feeling more included and able to follow sessions more easily. PPA deemed the initiative a success and plans to continue using Interprefy for future events.
