To maintain distributor relationships and continue delivering up-to-date training, Gree turned to Interplay Learning and its custom-built 3D SkillMill™ simulations.

Interplay Learning helped Gree pivot from roadshow-style instruction to webinar-based technical training using interactive simulations that replicated field scenarios. The new model quickly scaled, with 600 participants in the initial webinar run versus about 20 in a typical in-person session, delivering a 30x greater reach and a 2900% increase in the first week while also reinforcing skills through SkillMill™ subscriptions.
