Ziaja, a Polish manufacturer of natural cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, needed a warehouse layout that would streamline picking while keeping different product flows organized. To address this challenge, Interlake Mecalux provided a sectored storage solution for the company’s finished products warehouse, using standard pallet racking to support direct access to goods and efficient operations.

Interlake Mecalux installed standard pallet racking with six levels and 32-foot-high racks, creating a storage capacity of 10,906 pallets. The warehouse was divided into four areas for retail, wholesale, export, and pharmaceutical products, improving stock organization and picking productivity while maintaining easy access to pallets for both storage and retrieval.
