With a 35,000 Pallet Capacity the Logistics Centre of the 3lp Service Operator and Distributor Becomes One of the Largest Most Efficient in Poland

3LP S.A., the logistics operator of TIM in Poland, needed to expand and optimize one of the country’s largest logistics centers to handle a wide mix of products, including e-commerce items, while improving storage and order-picking efficiency. Interlake Mecalux supported the project with a combination of selective pallet racking, flow racks, a mezzanine, and a pick module with three walkway levels.

Interlake Mecalux implemented a highly versatile warehouse layout in Siechnice that includes selective pallet racking for 35,000 pallets, racks for reels, double-depth pallet flow racks, a three-level pick module with conveyors, and a three-level mezzanine. The solution increased storage capacity, streamlined picking and order consolidation, and improved throughput and productivity, enabling 3LP S.A. to process a large variety of products more efficiently.
