Preview of the Rossignol Group Case Study

Warehouse of the Rossignol Group in France Where They Pick Winter Clothes

Rossignol Group, the French winter sports brand, needed to make its 36,000 m2 warehouse in Saint-Étienne-de-Saint-Geoirs fully omnichannel-ready to handle fast-moving online and wholesale demand. To support this, it turned to Interlake Mecalux for a storage and order-picking solution that could increase capacity and speed without interrupting operations.

Interlake Mecalux implemented a 9-meter-high mezzanine with earthquake-resistant racking, direct-access shelves, and conveyors on each level to streamline picking and order flow. The system now stores more than 15,000 SKUs in over 30,000 boxes and enables Rossignol Group to prepare up to 5,000 orders per day, improving productivity, flexibility, and delivery speed worldwide.
