Maison François Cholat, a French agricultural business with mills, feed factories, silos, and sales outlets, needed to modernize the logistics operations in its 26,910 ft² distribution center in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier. Facing the challenge of managing 1,800 SKUs with complete traceability and faster order processing, the company partnered with Interlake Mecalux and implemented Easy WMS to replace manual, paper-based workflows.

With Interlake Mecalux’s Easy WMS, Maison François Cholat now tracks every item from receipt to dispatch, applies FIFO rules, and guides operators through storage and picking with radiofrequency terminals. The system has increased productivity, reduced logistics costs, improved accuracy, and streamlined the preparation and shipping of about 100 daily orders, while giving the company total traceability and a more efficient, modern supply chain.
