Toy Manufacturer Créations Dani Modernises Its Warehouse in France

Créations Dani, a French souvenir company, needed to modernize its warehouse operations as its business and product range grew. Working with vendor Interlake Mecalux, the company sought a storage and order-picking solution that would improve capacity, organization, and productivity across its Saint-Ferréol distribution center.

Interlake Mecalux implemented Easy WMS along with pallet racks, a picking mezzanine, and Movirack mobile pallet racks to manage inventory, storage locations, and order preparation. The result was smoother warehouse operations, better traceability and stock control, and a major boost in performance: Créations Dani says it doubled the number of orders it prepares daily, while new employees now need only about two hours of training.
