Costa and Amandín, part of Costa Concentrados Levantinos in Spain, manufactures horchata, vegetable drinks, and other food products for multiple brands and white-label customers. As demand and SKU variety grew, the company needed to overcome limited storage capacity, improve organization, and maintain strict food traceability and safety controls across its supply chain.

Interlake Mecalux implemented a combined solution of pallet racking, Pallet Shuttle racks, and the Easy WMS warehouse management system. The new setup gives Costa and Amandín 3,414 pallet positions in total, supports FIFO handling of finished goods, and provides real-time traceability from receipt to dispatch.
