The Super Nosso Online Supermarket Warehouse in Brazil

Super Nosso, a Brazilian supermarket chain serving Belo Horizonte and its surrounding region, needed a highly efficient distribution centre to support its growing online grocery business and the challenge of preparing thousands of daily orders on time. To meet this demand, it worked with Interlake Mecalux to equip a new 25,000 m² facility in Contagem with high-density pallet racking and direct-access storage.

Interlake Mecalux installed 15 m high pallet racks with capacity for 37,800 pallets, organized to optimize fast picking, reserve stock storage, and product control across the operation. The result is a versatile warehouse that supports around 1,200 pallets received and 900 dispatched daily, helps Super Nosso prepare about 3,000 orders per day, and improves delivery speed, inventory tracking, and order accuracy.
