Zaloker & Zaloker, a medical supplies distributor in Slovenia serving hospitals, pharmacies, and primary care centers, needed a way to securely control stock and streamline warehouse operations across its logistics site in Ljubljana. To manage around 340 SKUs and support both its order-preparation and reserve warehouses, the company turned to Interlake Mecalux through its partner Špica for the Easy WMS warehouse management system.

Interlake Mecalux implemented Easy WMS to trace products from receipt to shipment, manage lots, serial numbers, and expiration dates, and guide operators through receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping with greater accuracy. As a result, Zaloker & Zaloker improved productivity by 10% and strengthened service quality with timely, error-free deliveries.
