Natura, the beauty and personal care manufacturer and distributor, needed a faster, more dynamic way to manage a large volume of pallets while also supporting direct picking from stock in its Tortuguitas, Buenos Aires warehouse. Interlake Mecalux provided a selective pallet racking solution to help increase storage capacity and improve warehouse efficiency.

Interlake Mecalux installed 26-foot-high selective pallet racks with direct access to goods, accommodating 18,176 pallets and supporting box picking from lower rack levels while reserving upper levels for stock. The system also included reception and dispatch areas, conveyors, and an underpass to improve workflow, helping Natura maximize space, speed operator movements, and reduce loading wait times.
