Interlake Mecalux implemented an automated warehouse in Gebze with conveyors, stacker cranes, live picking channels, and Easy WMS integrated with Tadım’s SAP ERP. The solution expanded storage capacity by 143% to more than 5,300 pallets, increased daily receptions by 73%, raised outbound pallet handling by 56%, cut damaged pallets by 85%, and achieved 99.1% warehouse management effectiveness.
