Surdiscount's Warehouse Governed by Easy WMS Is Devoted to the Preparation of Online Orders

Surdiscount, a French family-run stationery and office supplies retailer, needed a better way to handle rapidly growing e-commerce operations. As online orders increased, the company wanted to separate warehouse logistics from store activities, reduce picking errors, and manage thousands of SKUs more efficiently. To support this, it turned to Interlake Mecalux and its Easy WMS warehouse management system, along with the Multi Carrier Shipping Software module.

Interlake Mecalux implemented Easy WMS in Surdiscount’s dedicated warehouse to control goods receipt, storage, order picking, and dispatch, while also integrating with the company’s ERP and carrier services. The result was a major boost in productivity: Surdiscount increased order preparation eightfold, from about 50 orders per day to 400, with fewer errors and faster shipping. The solution also streamlined label generation and carrier communication, helping the company expand its online business in France and Europe.
