Seasonality Was the Main Challenge When Implementing Easy Wms in Hipanema's Facility in Paris France

Hipanema, a French fashion jewelry and ready-to-wear brand, needed a better way to manage its highly seasonal warehouse operations in the Paris region. With about 300 SKUs per collection and frequent reorganizations twice a year, the company was struggling with manual paper-based processes, rising order volumes, and the risk of picking and shipping errors. To modernize its logistics, Hipanema partnered with Interlake Mecalux and selected Easy WMS, the warehouse management system.

Interlake Mecalux implemented Easy WMS integrated with Hipanema’s Sage 100c ERP to control receiving, storage, picking, returns, and dispatch in real time. The system optimized routes, reduced errors, improved visibility for the sales team, and automated shipping documentation through a Multi Carrier Shipping Software module. Hipanema also reported that new employees can learn the system in just two hours, and that the warehouse move in 2020 was carried out almost seamlessly thanks to a preconfigured warehouse simulation.
