Reorganisation of a Wine Producer's Warehouse to Achieve the Best Storage and Conservation Conditions

Les Domaines Paul Mas, a fast-growing wine producer in Southern France, needed to increase storage capacity without expanding its warehouse footprint. To solve this challenge, Interlake Mecalux designed a tailored storage project for different product types, including pallet racking, a mezzanine, and an automated vertical warehouse.

Interlake Mecalux reorganized the facility into three zones and installed high-density pallet racking served by shuttles, single-deep pallet racking, and an automated vertical warehouse for labels and dry materials. The result was a more productive and safer operation with optimized space use, supporting a total storage capacity of 3,032 pallets and faster pallet handling across inbound, outbound, and picking processes.
