IXOS cealco, a Spanish purchasing network and retail group, needed a more advanced and flexible logistics system to support its expanding chain of stores and growing multichannel operations. As its warehouse in Granollers handled 5,000 SKUs, goods from multiple countries, and increasing order volumes for both IXOS stores and partner outlets, the company looked for a solution that could integrate smoothly with its ERP and adapt to future growth.

Interlake Mecalux implemented Easy WMS, integrated with IXOS cealco’s Sage X3 ERP, to control inventory, streamline goods receipts, optimize order preparation, and manage dispatches with real-time guidance for operators. The result was faster and more efficient warehouse operations, improved control over stock, and better handling of 50–60 pallets received per day and 35–40 orders prepared daily, giving IXOS cealco a more agile logistics system ready for future expansion.
