Pacomartinez, a Spanish distributor of luggage, handbags, backpacks and fashion accessories, needed to streamline a logistics network that had become inefficient and error-prone across four separate warehouses. To support its growth, the company turned to Interlake Mecalux and its Easy WMS warehouse management system.

Interlake Mecalux centralized Pacomartinez’s operations in a new 43,000 ft² warehouse in Valencia, equipping it with pallet racking, drive-in racks, Easy WMS, and the Multi Carrier Shipping Software module. The result is tighter control of 2,000 SKUs, faster and safer order preparation, and automatic communication with five carriers, helping the retailer prepare 100–150 orders per day, with peaks of 200 and growth expected to exceed 300.
