HSF e-commerce, a logistics operator serving furniture and e-commerce companies in Poland, needed a storage system that could handle more than 10,000 SKUs with highly varied sizes, shapes, and rotations. To support its fast-paced operation, the company turned to Interlake Mecalux for a versatile pallet storage solution that could manage irregular, non-stackable items as well as standard palletized goods.

Interlake Mecalux equipped the Sady logistics center with selective pallet racks, providing direct access to inventory and flexible storage for pallets, carts, and oversized products. The system delivered 11,592 pallet positions across 400 feet of racking and helped HSF e-commerce prepare around 2,000 orders per day, while improving space utilization and stock control.
