Société Provençale de Boulonnerie (SPB), a hardware specialist based in Avignon, France, needed to expand and organize a warehouse that now manages more than 20,000 SKUs while supporting growing international demand. To improve storage efficiency and picking operations, the company worked with Interlake Mecalux and implemented a mix of storage solutions, including Movirack mobile pallet racks, pallet racking, picking shelves, and drive-in racking.

Interlake Mecalux designed a system tailored to product demand and turnover, combining high-density Movirack mobile racks with dedicated zones for heavy loads, medium loads, and order preparation. The result was a highly optimized 7,000 m2 facility that stores 2,400 pallets in the Movirack area alone, maximizes available space, enables direct pallet access, and improves safety through integrated control and barrier systems.
