Padel Nuestro, a Spain-based global leader in padel gear and accessories, needed to modernize its omnichannel warehouse operations as online sales surged to 70% of turnover. With more than 30,000 SKUs, 30 stores across Europe, and growing order volumes across web and retail channels, the company needed better traceability, faster fulfillment, and tighter control than its previous manual processes could provide.

Interlake Mecalux implemented Easy WMS at Padel Nuestro’s Murcia warehouse, integrating the system with the ERP to manage receiving, storage, cross-docking, picking, and dispatch. The result was stronger inventory traceability, fewer errors, and much higher productivity: Padel Nuestro now prepares and ships more than 1,400 orders per day, reaching 2,500 in peak season, and has doubled its order-preparation capacity compared with its previous manual operation.
