Motoblouz.com, a leading French online retailer of motorcycle equipment and accessories, needed a warehouse setup that could sort a wide range of SKUs by turnover and size while speeding up order picking for its growing e-commerce operation. To support its operations, the company worked with Interlake Mecalux on a warehouse design centered on efficient storage and fast fulfillment.

Interlake Mecalux implemented four levels of high-rise racks with walkways, a conveyor circuit linking the floors, and a consolidation area, effectively quadrupling the usable warehouse space in a 2,640 m2 facility. The solution enabled direct access to more than 90,000 boxes and 26,896 hung garments, improved stock control and picking speed, and positioned Motoblouz.com to scale toward 10,000 orders per day.
