Nicopan Integration and Innovation, the Recipe for Easy WMS

Nicopan, a bakery goods and pastry producer in Spain, needed a way to coordinate its warehouse with production while managing 1,692 SKUs, frequent pallet movements, and strict traceability requirements for food products. To support this, Interlake Mecalux provided the semi-automatic Pallet Shuttle system along with the Easy WMS warehouse management system.

Interlake Mecalux implemented high-density cold storage across five chambers with capacity for 9,931 pallets, plus pallet conveyors and software to manage inventory, receiving, storage, and dispatch in real time. Integrated with Nicopan’s ERP, Easy WMS improved stock control, reduced cooling energy use, and helped the company handle a high activity rate with fast, error-free operations and better coordination between warehouse and production.
