La Ruche Logistique Manages Products for e-commerce Companies in Its Warehouse

La Ruche Logistique, a French logistics operator serving mainly e-commerce and SMB customers, was struggling to keep pace with rapid growth. In its 32,292-ft² warehouse in Créancey, the company needed to manage a sharp increase in SKUs, speed up order preparation, and improve stock control. To address these challenges, it selected Interlake Mecalux’s Easy WMS warehouse management system.

Interlake Mecalux implemented Easy WMS, along with the Multi-Carrier Shipping module, to organize storage, direct picking, and streamline packing, labeling, and carrier communication. The results were significant: La Ruche Logistique doubled SKUs from 6,000 to 12,000, increased daily orders prepared from 150 to 500, and reduced errors from 2–3 per day to about one every two weeks. It also improved daily throughput to 200 parcels received and 150 dispatched, while gaining full traceability and more efficient shipping operations.
