Kontiki Perfects Stock Control and Picking at Its Warehouse

Kontiki, a French distributor of greeting cards and toys, needed to reorganize its logistics center in Dommartin to better control a growing and highly seasonal catalog. To improve productivity and reduce errors across its 2,400 SKUs, Kontiki turned to Interlake Mecalux for a more efficient warehouse setup, including pallet racking, a conveyor circuit, and the Easy WMS warehouse management system.

Interlake Mecalux implemented a tailored solution that digitized and automated key warehouse processes, from goods receipt and storage to replenishment, picking, and dispatch. As a result, Kontiki expanded from 1,300 to 2,400 SKUs, doubled daily order output from 50 to 100, and improved operations with fewer errors, lower logistics costs, and better inventory control.
