JCH A Leading Air Conditioning Company Improves the Storage and Picking Capacity of Its Components Warehouse With an AS/RS for Boxes

JCH, the global air conditioner manufacturer based in Barcelona, needed a way to store smaller components in its nearby production warehouse while speeding up order preparation. Interlake Mecalux provided an automated miniload warehouse solution supported by Easy WMS warehouse management software to help maximize space and improve productivity.

Interlake Mecalux implemented two miniload aisles with twin-mast stacker cranes, conveyor circuits, and three picking stations, including one for replenishment, all designed to handle two box sizes. The system delivers high-throughput product-to-person picking and smart inventory control, with a total storage capacity of 4,067 boxes, helping JCH streamline operations and boost picking speed.
