Intersurgical, a multinational medical products manufacturer based in Lithuania, needed to centralize its logistics operations and keep pace with rapidly rising warehouse inflows and outflows during the COVID-19 pandemic. Interlake Mecalux designed and built a fully automated 98-foot-tall clad-rack warehouse in Pabradė, with capacity for 50,400 pallets and integrated Easy WMS warehouse management software. The solution streamlined storage, picking, sequencing, and dispatch, helping Intersurgical handle a 50% increase in warehouse traffic, achieve 24/7 operations, improve goods traceability, and centralize distribution while reducing logistics costs.
