Zakłady Mięsne Henryk Kania, a Polish meat products company, needed to expand its logistics capabilities to support strong sales growth. To meet current and future demand, the company turned to Interlake Mecalux and its warehouse automation and warehouse management software, Easy WMS, to increase storage capacity and make order picking faster and more flexible.
Interlake Mecalux implemented an automated logistics center with a miniload box warehouse, pallet storage, conveyor connections to the packaging lines, and eight picking stations, all coordinated by Easy WMS. The solution provides capacity for 19,848 boxes and 288 pallets, improves picking throughput, and reduces errors, while giving Zakłady Mięsne Henryk Kania full control over warehouse operations through real-time system integration.
