Global-TALKE, a logistics provider specializing in chemicals in Tarragona, Spain, needed a safer, more efficient way to manage more than 1,000 chemical SKUs across a highly zoned warehouse. To meet strict fire-safety and handling requirements while keeping goods easily accessible, the company turned to Interlake Mecalux for storage systems suited to chemical logistics.

Interlake Mecalux installed pallet racking and drive-in pallet racks to serve different warehouse zones, giving Global-TALKE direct access for fast picking and compact, high-density storage where needed. The solution increased storage capacity to 20,000 pallets in pallet racking and 10,000 pallets in drive-in racks, supporting the movement of around 1,000 pallets per day while improving stock control, safety, and space utilization.
