Eurofred, a leading air conditioning equipment distributor in Spain, needed a new warehouse in Seville to handle high pallet volumes, continuous inbound and outbound flows, and a wide mix of SKUs efficiently. To meet this challenge, the company turned to Interlake Mecalux, with whom it had already worked at other facilities, and chose a storage setup combining pallet racking and the semi-automated Pallet Shuttle system.

Interlake Mecalux designed a warehouse solution that maximized space and organized inventory by product type and turnover, with Pallet Shuttle racks for high-turnover goods and conventional pallet racking for diverse SKUs. The result was a total storage capacity of 10,280 pallets, improved productivity, faster goods movements, and safer handling operations for Eurofred.
