Renault, the global automotive manufacturer, needed a more efficient way to manage its production warehouse in Seville, Spain, where it supplies assembly lines with parts for transmission manufacturing. Working with vendor Interlake Mecalux, Renault implemented the Easy WMS warehouse management system to better control inventory, picking, and material flows to production.

Interlake Mecalux’s Easy WMS now coordinates warehouse operations end to end, integrating with Renault’s ERP and automation systems to guide workers via RF devices and ensure the right parts are delivered to the right containers and lines. The result is tightly controlled stock, faster and more accurate picking, and smoother throughput, supporting daily dispatches of 60 to 80 full pallets and around 3,000 boxes.

Renault
