Clics Toys Automated Management of 150 Parts Products Annually

Clicformers, manufactured by Clics Toys in Belgium, needed to modernize its warehouse after tripling production and reaching more than 150 million parts made per year. To support growing demand and improve its logistics flow, the company turned to Interlake Mecalux for an automated storage solution and warehouse management software.

Interlake Mecalux implemented an automated warehouse for boxes with capacity for 7,800 boxes, connected directly to production and kitting areas with conveyors and AGVs, and managed by Easy WMS. The system enabled 24/7 operation, real-time inventory control, and better use of space, while helping Clicformers’ producer handle its increased output with the same number of operators and achieve considerable cost savings.
