Caffè d’Autore, a Spanish distributor and service company for espresso machines and spare parts, needed to improve warehouse control and efficiency in its Barcelona facility. With more than 2,800 SKUs, frequent receipts of small items, and pressure to support 150 technicians across Spain, the company struggled with inventory accuracy, space utilization, and slow receiving processes. Interlake Mecalux helped address these challenges with its Easy WMS warehouse management system and picking racks.

Interlake Mecalux implemented Easy WMS to control receiving, storage, replenishment, and order preparation, while integrating the system with Caffè d’Autore’s Sage 200c ERP. The solution introduced barcode-based operations and chaotic storage logic to better use space and reduce errors. As a result, Caffè d’Autore cut inventory counting time by 50% and reduced goods-receipt processing from a full day to just a few hours, while improving order accuracy and overall warehouse productivity.
