Button Manufacturer Luca Cuccolini Has Installed an Automated Warehouse for Boxes

Luca Cuccolini, a Spanish button manufacturer with more than 50 years of experience, needed to modernize its logistics to support international growth and keep pace with demand from major fashion brands. To address space limitations and improve control over its inventory and production supply, the company turned to Interlake Mecalux and its automated warehouse for boxes, supported by Easy WMS.

Interlake Mecalux implemented a compact automated box warehouse in Illescas, Toledo, that uses just 646 ft² to store up to 2,640 boxes. The solution, combined with Easy WMS, improved stock accuracy, streamlined order preparation, and increased productivity by enabling product-to-person picking and better coordination with the ERP system, helping Luca Cuccolini supply raw materials and finished goods more efficiently.
