Banca March Manages Its Medium Term Files With Easy WMS

Banca March, Spain’s only 100% family-owned bank, needed a way to centralize and securely manage the large volume of branch documentation it was legally required to retain for at least six years. To handle this challenge, it turned to Interlake Mecalux and its Easy WMS warehouse management software, along with wide span shelving, to create a dedicated document custody warehouse with easy access to stored files.

Interlake Mecalux implemented a 10,764 ft² warehouse with 17 wide span shelves and 8 aisles, enabling storage of up to 50,850 boxes covering 39,800 different items. Using Easy WMS, Banca March gained full control of receipts, locations, and dispatches, and the system was deployed in just 5 working days, delivering efficient storage management with minimal investment.
