A Unique High Capacity Automated Rack supported Installation for Special Dog

Special Dog Company, a Brazilian pet food producer, faced rapid growth and needed a way to expand storage while keeping order picking fast and efficient. It turned to Interlake Mecalux for an automated warehouse solution that could support its rising distribution demands across Brazil.

Interlake Mecalux designed and built a 1,300 m² automated clad-rack warehouse with double-depth racks, two stacker cranes, and live picking channels, all managed by Easy WMS and the Galileo control module. The installation provides more than 6,000 pallet positions, speeds replenishment and picking, and helps Special Dog Company serve its 25,000 points of sale with reliable throughput.
