A Comprehensive Solution for Global Freaks e-commerce Warehouse

Global Freaks, an e-commerce retailer of collectible action figures based in Igualada, Spain, was growing quickly and needed to modernize its warehouse to keep up with rising SKU counts and order volumes. The company wanted better stock control, traceability, and faster fulfillment across its sales channels, including Amazon, eBay, and its PrestaShop online store. Interlake Mecalux implemented Easy WMS with Marketplaces & Ecommerce Platforms Integration, WMS for Ecommerce, and Multi Carrier Shipping Software to synchronize stock in real time, automate order preparation, and streamline packaging and labeling. The result was a much more efficient warehouse with fewer errors, full traceability, and stronger dispatch control. Global Freaks tripled its daily order capacity from 90 to 300 on peak days, while also reducing labor needs in shipping and preparing for further growth.
