Xerox helped a Midwestern US hospital that was replacing its legacy Health Information System and needed a migration plan that would avoid disruption, stay on budget, and finish on time. The hospital also needed an integration engine that could connect multiple systems, including McKesson Paragon, Allscripts, and McKesson PACS.

Using iNTERFACEWARE’s Iguana Integration Engine, Xerox piloted and selected the solution, then converted, tested, and deployed 75 interfaces as part of a carefully planned migration. The project finished in just 4 months, well ahead of schedule, with fewer resources than expected, within budget, and with no downtime or disruption to hospital operations.
