Using iNTERFACEWARE’s Iguana, Quest Group built interfaces to convert, parse, validate, and route data across systems while keeping the legacy EMR and new platform running concurrently. The solution processes more than 52,000 inmate demographic records every 20 minutes, 24/7, and includes automated alerts and self-restarting interfaces to catch errors, prevent bad data imports, and reduce the need for constant manual monitoring.
