National Revenue Agency improves IS implementation for 8,000+ staff with InterConsult Bulgaria

The National Revenue Agency (NRA) in Bulgaria, a major state administration, faced the challenge of aligning a purchased management information system with its planned organizational restructuring. To improve efficiency and minimize implementation risk, the agency engaged InterConsult Bulgaria (ICB) to ensure the new system corresponded with its future "to-be" business processes.

InterConsult Bulgaria modeled the NRA's future business processes and trained the agency's staff in process modeling. Their solution included an analysis to assess the compliance of these new processes with the purchased information system.
